Check out this terrific write-up in TransWorldNews about the video/website project we're finishing up with Dr. Michael Hess, an orthodontist in the Tampa Bay area. As the article indicates, the new site should go public sometime this month, complete with his custom-produced OrthoMedia videos. I've seen it already and it looks fantastic!

Tampa Orthodontist Expert Adds Video to Website

Dr. Michael Hess, a leader in Tampa, FL orthodontics, has added video components to his practice’s new Web site. The videos include a welcoming video for viewers, a video about Dr. Hess’ practice and services, and patient testimonials.

“I’m really excited to see the product,” said Tampa orthodontist Dr. Hess. “We are re-launching our Web site, and these videos are a highlight of our new, more personable look.”

With this new addition, Dr. Hess hopes to show prospective clients as well as current patients not only the services his practice provides, but the personality and atmosphere of his orthodontics practice.

The first video, a “Welcome” recording, includes images from the office as well as a brief message from the staff. The second video pertains to the services of Dr. Hess’ practice, including braces, Invisalign, TMJ correction, and more.

“So often, our Web site is the first glimpse people get into my practice,” said Hess. “So, it is crucially important to communicate to them and let them know that we not only want to help them, but we want to build a relationship and make them comfortable. These Web videos are a great way to get us off on the right foot.”

Dr. Hess contracted Stone Ranch Media (parent company of OrthoMedia), a Web and video design and production company, for the video production. The videos will be available for viewing upon the launch of Dr. Hess’ new Web site, which is scheduled for August 2009.
